Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing 加励机电 (Jiali Electromechanical). Due to the specialized nature of electromechanical products, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. General Policy

All electromechanical products are final sale. Returns and refunds are not accepted under normal circumstances. Please carefully verify product specifications, model numbers, and technical parameters before placing your order to ensure they meet your requirements.

2. Eligible Cases for Return or Refund

We will only accept return or refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Manufacturing Defects: The product fails to operate under normal usage conditions due to defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Wrong Item Delivered: The product received differs significantly in model or specifications from what was ordered.
  • Severe Shipping Damage: The product is severely damaged in transit and rendered completely unusable. (Photos or videos must be taken upon receipt as evidence.)
  • Safety Hazards: The product presents a serious quality issue that poses a risk to personal safety or property.

3. Claims Process

  1. Contact our customer service team within 5–10 business days of receiving your order. Provide a description of the issue along with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
  2. Once our technical team has assessed and confirmed the issue, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
    • Free repair or replacement of the same product
    • A refund for the amount actually paid
  3. Items must be returned in their original packaging using the shipping method designated by us.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

The following situations are not covered by our return and refund policy:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper operation, or unauthorized repairs
  • Requests submitted after the claims period has expired
  • Cases where the product is deemed "unsuitable" due to the buyer's misunderstanding of product specifications
  • Normal wear and tear or consumable parts
